3 members of a gang arrested

Jaunpur, Nov 12 (UNI) Three members of the notorious drug and robbery (Zeherkhurani) gang were arrested here last night, police said today.

A robbed vehicle, cash and large quantity of sedatives were recovered from their possession.

Superintendent of Police Shachi Ghildiyal said acting on a tip-off, cops reached the spot and surrounded the area. While three miscreants were nabbed, their aide managed to escape.

A case was registered and hunt was on to arrest their accomplices.
