Thundershowers to hit Kerala

Pune, Nov 11 (UNI) Rain or thundershowers are likely to occur at many places in Kerala and Lakshadweep.

They are likely to occur at a few places in Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, West Bengal, Sikkim, Tamil Nadu.

Rain or thundershowers are also likely at isolated places in Orissa, Jharkhand, Bihar, Uttaranchal, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kahsmir, coastal Andhra Praesh, coastal and south interior Karnataka and Andaman and Nicobar.

Dry weather will prevail in Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab and Rajasthan.

Night temperatures were below normal in some parts of north Maharashtra. They were appreciably to markedly above normal in Arunachal Pradesh, Assam and Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, Gangetic West Bengal, Jharkhand, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab, Jammu and Kashmir, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat region and in some parts of Telangana and Rayalaseema.

The temperatures were above normal in Himachal Pradesh, Saurashtra and Kutch. They were normal over the rest of the country.

Rain or thundershowers had occurred at many places in Bihar, at a few places in Assam and Meghalaya, West Bengal, Sikkim, Jharkhand, Tamil Nadu, Kerala and at isolated places in Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura , Orissa, Jammu and Kashmir, coastal Andhra Pradesh, Rayalaseema, north interior Karnataka, Andaman and Nicobar and Lakshadweep.

Dry weather prevailed in Arunachal Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Uttaranchal, Haryana, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Rajasthan, Gujarat state, Konkan, Goa, Madhya Maharashtra, Marathwada, Telangana, coastal and south interior Krnataka.
