Missing boy found dead in canal
Anand, Nov 11 (UNI) The body of a boy who went mising on November 6 was today fished out from a canal near Lambvel Hanuman temple here.
The body has been identified as that of one Sohail (10), a resident of Ismailnagar colony.
It may be recalled that a 4-year-old girl Asma, too had gone missing from Ismailnagar on the same day and her body was recovered on November 8. While the police initially suspected that Asma had become a victim of tantric rituals, the postmortem report released yesterday stated that she was strangled to death.
Police today said their investigations revealed that Asma and Sohail were last seen with one Usman Vora who is now absconding. The police had earliedr arrested four people Ibrahim Vora, Ayub Vora, Adam Vora and Mumtaz Vora in this connection.
Interestingly, the Sohail's mother, Mumtaz Vora works as a maid in Asma's house, they added.
