Kumaraswamy urges BJP to adopt 'Give and Take' policy

Chitradurga, Nov 11 (UNI) Karnataka Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy today opined that Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) should adopt 'Give and Take' policy and join hand with Janata Dal (Secular) to defeat Congress candidate in the by-election to Chamundeswari Assembly seat scheduled for December four.

Talking to newsmen here, he said that JD(S) had sacrificed its Zilla Panchayat seat in Uttarahalli Assembly constitutency to BJP in the recent by-election in which Congress was defeated.

"Chamundeswari Assembly seat was JD-S strong hold and since the intention of both the parties was to defeat Congress, BJP should join hands with JD-S in this issue", he added.

Replying to a question, Mr Kumaraswamy said that the coaliation government would complete its full term and there was no difference of opinion among leaders of Coordination Committee.
