Factory manager arrested for PF default

Ujjain, Nov 11 (UNI) A former manager of the Shree Synthetics factory, C S Maheshwari, was arrested here yesterday for not depositing the provident fund dues of employees.

Cases have been registered against 7 people for not depositing the PF dues of the employees as the factory remained closed for about a year, police said.

Another manager U S Banerjee, who was arrested earlier, was sent to judicial custody yesterday on expiry of police remand.
