Vrindavan group to set up textile park in AP
Hyderabad, Nov 10 (UNI) Vrindavan Group, having revenue of Rs 225 crore along with leading apparel exporters, proposed to develop a textile park for textile products in an area of 500 acres near Palamaneru in Chittoor District.
This park would attract an investment of Rs 500 crore including the infrastructure facilities, with an estimated production of about 120 million pieces per annum. The park was expected to have a turnover of Rs 4,000 crore per annum and generate a direct employment for 20,000 persons.
A press release today said here Chairman of Vrindavan Group LN Khetan and Secretary to Industries Y Srilakshmi on behalf of the state government signed an MoU in the presence of Chief Minister Y S Rajasekhara Reddy.
