No change in Centre's move to set up refinery: CM

Kakinada, Nov 10 (UNI) Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y S Rajasekhara Reddy has today said the Centre has not dropped the move to set up a refinery near Kakinda.

Addressing newspersons at the Coast Guard station here he said it was unfortunate that naxals were killing innocent people. This was a sign of their frustration.

This is improper, he added.
