Next hearing in Prof's murder case on November 17
Ujjain, Nov 10 (UNI) A district and sessions court today fixed November 17 for hearing of case in connection with the murder of Prof H S Sabharwal during students violence here on August 26.
The CID presented accused ABVP workers Shashi Ranjan Akela, Vimal Tomar, Vishal Rajoria, Pankaj Mishra, Hemanth Dubey and Sudhir Yadav before the court today.
A petition has been filed by late Prof Sabharwal's son Himanshu, who alleged that the CID had left out several points in the case under pressure from the state government.
As defence counsels sought time to reply to the petition, Judge A K Sharma fixed November 17 for hearing of the case.
