HC issues notice to SEC

Kochi, Nov 10: Kerala High Court today issued notice to the State Election Commission (SEC) and 18 Councillors of the Palakkad Municipal Corporation on a petition moved by Corporation Chairman S R Balasubramaniam, challenging the notice for a no-confidence motion against him.

Justice S Siri Jagan posted the case for further hearing on November 14.
