Former Naval Commander held for war room leak
New Delhi, Nov 10: The CBI today arrested Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd Deputy General Manager J S Kalra in the Navy War Room Case for allegedly leaking secret information detrimental to national security.
Special CBI Judge Kawaljeet Arora remanded Kalra, a former Naval Commander who had taken premature retirement last year, to five-day CBI custody after he was arrested from his office at in Central Delhi this morning.
The CBI also conducted search at his office and residence in Noida.
Kalra's name had cropped up during the questioning of Cpt S S Rathore, who was arrested last week for the leak of sensitive information.
