Dharmani to lead Punjab Ranji team

Chandigarh, Nov 10 (UNI) Veteran stumper-batsman Pankaj Dharmani will skipper the Punjab Ranji Trophy team for the first two matches to be played at the PCA Stadium in Mohali.

The Punjab State Selection Committee, which met on yesterday under the chairmanship of Chaman Lal Malhotra, announced an 18-member squad and the final 15 will be selected on November 15, according to PCA Secretary M P Pandove.

List of probables: Pankaj Dharmani (Captain), Ravneet Ricky, Munish Sharma, Karan Goel, Uday Kaul, Gaurav Gupta, Reetinder Singh Sodhi, Gaurav Marwaha, Rajesh Sharma, VRV Singh, Gagandeep Singh, Amit Uniyal, Vipul Sharma, Love Ablish, Ishan Malhotra, Varun Khanna, Rahul Sharma and Ankur Jund.
