CID official, mediapersons summoned in Sabharwal case

Ujjain, Nov 10 (UNI) A local court has summoned CID investigation official B K Vyas and mediapersons on November 24 in connection with the murder of Prof H S Sabharwal during students violence here on August 26.

Judicial Magistrate Vidhi Saxena issued the summons yesterday on a petition filed by late Prof Sabharwal's son Himanshu, who alleged Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan had attempted to influence the investigation by terming it as ''accident''.
