Bomb hoax delays Udyan Express
Pune, Nov 10 (UNI) Udyan Express from Bangalore was delayed by nearly five hours at Daund near here today after railway authorities received an anonymous call that a bomb was planted in the train.
However, it turned out to be a hoax, informed railways public relations officer Y K Singh.
Mr Singh said the train was halted at Daund around 1614 hrs and thoroughly searched, but no explosives or suspicious objects were found.
The anonymous call was received by railway authorities in Solapur, Mr Singh said.
