BCL files DRHP with SEBI

New Delhi, Nov 10 (UNI) Binani Industries Ltd today said its subsidiary Binani Cement Ltd (BCL) has filed a Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with SEBI in connection with the Public Offer of 2,05,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each of BCL through an 'Offer for Sale' by JPMorgan Special Situations (Mauritius) Ltd.

Earlier, BCL had withdrawn the DRHP filed with SEBI on February 13, 2006 for an offer for sale of BCL shares held by the company.
