Spinfed mills revamp profits

Jaipur, Nov 9 (UNI) As a result of modernisation Spinfed co-operative has made a turnaround by earning profits of Rs 60 lakh per month even as it eyes international market in the near future.

''The yarn produced in mills under the Spinfed always carried a premium in markets and the co-operative body is planning export of its produce,'' Co-operative Secretary Vinod Zutzi said here.

The government has sanctioned Rs 77.76 crore under a technical upgrade scheme to aid Spinfed's plans, Mr Zutzi said.
