Reliance Industries to raise 2 billion dollars

Mumbai, Nov 9: Mukesh Ambani-led Reliance Industries (RIL) has decided to raise 2 billion U S dollars.

The proposal was approved in a meeting of the company's board of directors held here today, RIL informed the Bombay Stock Exchange, saying the money will be raised by way of syndicated loan / bonds / foreign currency convertible bonds (FCCB) or in any combination.
