Punjab win cycling tourney

Jabalpur, Nov 9 (UNI) Amassing 49 points, Punjab emerged overall champion in the 12th National Road Cycling Tournament in this cantonment town today.

The Railwaymen topped in the Men's category while Punjab also bagged the laurels among the eves. Haryana emerged champions in the Junior Boys' category while Kerala took the Junior Girls' prize.

''Twenty-five teams, representing different states and institutions, took part,'' said Organising Committee Secretary Santosh Rajput.
