Narayanan remembered on first death anniversary

New Delhi, Nov 9: The nation paid tributes to former President K R Narayanan on the occasion of his first death anniversary today.

President A P J Abdul Kalam, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, Congress President Sonia Gandhi, Defence Minister A K Antony and Overseas Indian Affairs Minister Vayalar Ravi paid floral tributes to Mr Narayanan at 'Udaya Bhoomi' here this morning.

An all-religion prayer service was held on the occasion.
