JVD congratulates Koderma voters for teaching UPA and BJP a lesson
Ranchi, Nov 9 (UNI) Jharkhand Vikash Dal president and former MP Suraj Mandal demanded fresh Assembly election as Koderma's poll today proved that people had outrightly rejected the present Madhu Koda-led UPA government in the state.
Mr Mandal congratulated the people in Koderma for teaching a lesson to both UPA and NDA, saying the election result showed that the Congress in particular at least came to its status in the state.
The JVD president also did not spare Coal Minister Sibu Soren, whose hectic tour of the constituency did not help the UPA win the bypoll.
He said it was clear that the people did not want either UPA or NDA, adding fresh elections would only usher in a people-friedly government in Jharkhand.
