Dacoit carrying reward ofRs 10,000 surrenders

Lucknow, Nov 9 (UNI) A notorious dacoit carrying a bounty of Rs 10,000 on his head surrendered in Kanpur district court today.

Official sources said Malti Kewat surrendered this afternoon.

Kewat has 30 cases of heinous crimes registered against him, including murder, loot and kidnapping.

Police were on his prawl for quite some time now.
