Yesterday's trough persists in Coastal AP
Visakhapatnam, Nov 8 (UNI) Yesterday's trough of low pressure over the west central Bay of Bengal off coastal Andhra Pradesh persisted today.
Talking to UNI here, Cyclone Warning Centre spokesman said, under its influence, rain or thundershowers were likely at many places over the south coastal State and at a few places over the north coastal State during the next 24 hours.
Isolated heavy rains was also likely over the south coastal State during the same period.
The chief amounts of rainfalls recorded in (cm) during the last 24 hours were: Nellore 3, Avanigadda 3, Tuni and Sathnapalli two each.
