Ved takes over as Mindteck (India) Chairman

Bangalore, Nov 8 (UNI) Mr M G Ved will take over as the Chairman of Mindteck (India) Limited, a city-based global IT services company, from Mr K V Aiyappan.

The Board of the company, in its meeting held yesterday, made an announcement to this effect, according to a release here.

As an intermediary arrangement, company Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Shankar Velayudhan would look after the operations on a day to day basis.

While Mr Ved was a practicing Chartered Accountant, Mr Velayudhan was a technocrat who had been instrumental in establishing Mindteck as a strong player in the embedded technology domain, the release said.
