SBI to increase its services in Mizoram

Aizawl, Nov 8: State Bank of India (SBI) has worked out a plan to enhance its services in Mizoram.

Talking to UNI, SBI Assistant General Manager Mukul Ch Jeishi here today said SBI has set up a full-fledged core banking solutions in the Aizawl branch and few more branches were expected to start it by this financial year.

Apart from this, new ATMs would be operational in Misson Veng, Chanmari and the Mizoram University campus by next month, he added.

SBI has also planned to open ten-hour banking system in the Aizawl branch to facilitate the customers even to do transactions till six in the evening, he said adding ''we would be opening two more branches in the remote areas.''
