Harlem Globetrotters set to dazzle Bangaloreans

Bangalore, Nov 8 (UNI) Harlem Globetrotters, synonymous with family entertainment and basketball skills, are set to dazzle Bangaloreans with their skills on November 13 and 14.

Harlem Globetrotters had been enthralling the audience whether on goodwill tour for charitable donations or community outreach programmes. The team with 80 years history had entertained over 120 million fans in 120 countries, according to a release here today.

In September 2002, the team confirmed their status as one of the best and most influential basketball teams in the world when they were inducted into the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame.

The team would also be performing at Puttaparthi during the inauguration of Sri Satya Sai International Centre for Sports on November 23, coinciding with the birthday of Sri Satya Sai Baba, the release said.
