BJP accvuse Congress of using ULFA

Guwahati, Nov 08 (UNI) The BJP today charged the Congress with using the "peace talk for electoral gain" in the run-up to the election.

This had been a practice the Congress had been adopting everywhere, the party alleged and said just before the poll, it happened in Andhra Pradesh and now in Assam.

They conveniently dumped the peace process, party official said during a press conference.

Mr Ahulwalaia alleged that the government was going unnecessarily soft towards the ULFA and said during the period the ULFA had regrouped.

He also demanded adequate rehabilitaion package for the blast victims.
