2.90 lakh soya meal export in Oct '06

Indore, Nov 8 (UNI) A growth of 45.98 per cent was registered in export of soybean meal to 2,90,154 MT in October 2006 from 1,98,767 MT during the same period previous year.

SOPA spokesperson Rajesh Agrawal said total exports of Soybean meal between April-October 2006 was 17,24,181 MT compare to 9,44,361 MT during the same period previous year registering an increase of 82.57 per cent, according to a relase issued by SOPA.

The data had been collected and compiled by SOPA based on information received from members, port authorities and other agencies.
