Vigilance awareness week observed in HEC

Ranchi, Nov 9 (UNI) In its effort to build a corruption free organisation, senior officials of Heavy Engineering Corporation Limited (HEC) participated in a pledge taking ceremony at the company headquarters today.

The move was part of the week-long Vigilance Awareness Week being observed at the HEC from November 6 to 10.

The plant's Vice-President B S Shekhawat urged the officials to be morally aware of the accountibility they had towards the people and the society while carrying out their duties.

Mr Shekhawat stressed the need of becoming transparent in their duties and urged them to make an amicable atmosphere at the work place.
