Two touts get 6-month RI

New Delhi, Nov 6 (UNI) A CBI special court sentenced two people to six-month rigorous imprisonment for demanding a bribe to arrange a driving licence.

Justice Sunil Gaur sentenced Ram Kishan and Om Prakash while also ordering initiation of criminal proceedings against the complainant for deiberately twisting the prosecution case to help exonerate one of the accused.

Ram Kishan, the complainant, had alleged that both the accused had asked him for Rs 100 against a learner's driving licence in 1995.
