Three Indian national killed in a bus accident in Nepal

Kathmandu, Nov 6 (UNI) At least three Indian nationals were killed and 14 others injured when a bus collided with an Indian bus in Gaidakot in Nepal last night, media reports said.

An Indian national died on the spot when a bus plying from Gujarat to Kathmandu collided with a bus at Gaidakot on Narayangarh-Butwal road section in Nawalparasi in South Nepal, last night, The Himalayan Times said.

According to Police Inspector Prakash Malla, the deceased Indian nationals are Kanta Bahen, Jibraj Bhai, and Shyam Ji Bhai of Gujarat. They were coming to Kathmandu to offer prayers at Pashupatinath, Malla said.

Nine Indian pilgrims among the injured are being treated at Bharatpur Medical College. Five Nepali passengers who were injured in the incident have been admitted in Bharatpur hospital, police said.
