Sirsa scribe murder case accused surrender
Ambala, Nov 6 (UNI) Avtar Singh and Inder Sein, eluding the arrest in murder case of Sirsa-based journalist Ram Chander Chhatarpati and Ranjit Singh resident of Kurukshetra, surrendered in the court of Special CBI Magistrate Ritu Garg here today.
The court sent both the accused to the Central jail for one day and issued notice to the CBI for tomorrow.
Dera Sachcha Sauda, Sirsa manager Kishan Chand and three others were already arrested and are under custody of the CBI, investigating the case under orders from the High Court.
Avtar and Inder had been absconding for the last several months. The court had ordered confiscation of their property for non-compliance of court orders.
