Retired colonel shot dead in Bihar

Banka, Nov 6: Unidentifed gunman shot dead a retired colonel, Ram Govind Sharma, at Banki village in Bihar's Banka district today.

Police said the criminals raided the house of Col Sharma and shot him dead from a close range. The gunmen escaped after commiting the crime.

Reason behind the murder was not known.
