Man Industries to consider demerger on Nov 30

New Delhi, Nov 6 (UNI) Man Industries India Ltd today said its equity shareholders and secured creditors will consider and approve the demerger of the company with Man Aluminium Ltd on November 30, following the Bombay High Court's order.

''The High Court of Judicature at Bombay has directed the separate meetings of the secured creditors and the equity share holders of the company will be held on November 30, 2006, to consider and approve the Scheme of Demerger between the company and Man Aluminium Ltd,'' a statement said.
