Gillespie injures shoulder, ruled out of PM XI match against Engla
Sydney, Nov 6 (UNI) An injured shoulder has ruled out pacer Jason Gillespie of the Prime Minister XI's match against England in Canberra next week.
The maned South Australian pacer, who was to lead the PM XI, strained his shoulder during the Redbacks' loss to New South Wales in the Pura Cup match at the Adelaide Oval and required medical attention after the match.
The bowler, however, is expected to be fit for South Australia's three-day match against the visitors starting on November 17.
West Australian Brett Dorey will replace Gillespie while Victoria skipper Cameron White will captain the side.
Blues batsman Phil Jaques will act as the vice-captain.
