'Delhi Bandh' tomorrow to protest SC verdict

New Delhi, Nov 6: Delhi traders have called for a one-day strike tomorrow in protest against today's Supreme Court order to resume sealing in the Capital.

The call for the 'bandh' was taken late today soon after the Group of Ministers' meeting which once again reiterated its commitment to implement the Supreme Court orders on resuming sealing in the Capital at its meeting this evening.

Announcing this the Confederation of All India Traders (CAIT) said the decision for the strike was taken following the disappointing outcome of the GoM meeting, from where some sort of relief was expected in the wake of the Supreme Court's order on sealing.

''Further course of action would be decided at the core committee's meeting tomorrow,'' said the CAIT spokesman while expressing disappointment at the Court's decision.
