CM warns of stringent action against corrupt employees

Thrissur, Nov 6 (UNI) Kerala Chief Minister V S Achuthanandan today said that his government would take stringent action against corrupt employees.

Inagurating the golden jubilee celebrations of the Thrissur civil station and the renovated collectorate, he said employees should respect the public and render service with commitment.

Presiding over the function, Revenue Minister K P Rajendran said a hostel would be constructed for women employees near the collectorate.

Works Minister T U Kuruvila said the fourth floor of the collectorate would be constructed soon.

The Chief Minister also planted five medicinal saplings in the collectorate compound to comemorate the golden jubilee of the civil station.
