ACB launches awareness week
Aurangabad, Maharashtra, Nov 6 (UNI) As a part of statewide drive, the Anti Corruption Bureau has organised a series of programmes during the vigilance and awareness week here beginning today.
Superintendent of police, ACB, N D Chavan, who is in-charge of four districts in the Marathwada region, today administered an oath to the officials and employees of the ACB.
The ACB sleuths will create awareness among the public on the ills of corruption through various programmes like street shows, sloganeering, rallies, and interactive sessions with prominent personalities, ACB deputy superintendent of police (ACB) Pravin Kulkarni told UNI.
The ACB has also organised an essay competition for school and college youths on the subject, Mr Kulkarni said.
