3-Year-RI for looting rly passengers

New Delhi, Nov 6 (UNI) A Sessions Court today sentenced a person to three-year rigorous imprisonment and fined him Rs 1000 for looting a railway passenger three years ago.

Additional Sessions Judge MP Kaushik sentenced Zaffar Alam for looting the belongings of one Pankaj Shah at the old railway station on July 22, 2003 after offering him tea laced with drugs.

Waiting for a train, Zaffar had befriended Pankaj, only to rob him later.
