3 History-sheeters arrested

Bulandshahr, Nov 6 (UNI) The Special Operation Group (SOG) of district police here today arrested three history-sheeters wanted in connection with a loot.

A pistol and Rs 3 lakh were recovered from their possession, police said.

Acting on a tip-off about the presence of some notorious miscreants under Syana police station area, cops reached the Vali Pura canal and nabbed bandits Karmveer, Kuldeep and Amit.

On September 18 last, the bandits had robbed Gopal Deri of Rs 17 lakh in Barauli village.

Meanwhile, a hunt was on to arrest their aides Virendra Fauji alias Happy Gujjar-- a jawan at the Rajpoot Batallion in Shahjahanpur, Deepak Kandera, Yogesh Jaat, Mukesh and Munnu Malhotra.
