Tata Power Q2 results on Nov 27

New Delhi, Nov 5: Tata Power Company Ltd has announced that the meeting of its Board of Directors will be held on November 27 to consider and take on record the audited financial results for the quarter/half year ended September 30, 2006.

Earlier, the company had decided to postpone the consideration of the financial results in order to ascertain the implications of Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission's tariff order which entailed a significant shift for the company following principles of revenue recognition and basis of allocation of certain expenses to Licensed Area business.
