Special postal cover on HC released

Kochi, Nov 5 (UNI) The Indian Postal Department today released a special cover commemorating the Golden Jubilee of the Kerala High Court.

Releasing the cover here, Post Master General Shobha Koshy said the special cover was released to celebrate 50 years of excellence of the Court.

''It is an objective of the department to recognise different aspects in an individual or organisation in the country,'' she added.

The department had always tried to take the philately of the country to the world stage, she noted.

The first cover was given to High Court Judge Justice K S Radhakrishnan.
