Rains likely in coastal AP, TN, Kerala

Pune, Nov 5 (UNI) Rain or thunder showers are likely to occur at a few places in coastal Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Lakshadweep and at isolated places in Arunachal Pradesh, Assam and Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, Gangetic West Bengal, Orissa, Chattisgarh, south Konkan and Goa, south Madhya Maharashtra, Telangana, Rayalaseema, Karantaka, Andaman and Nicobar Islands.

Mainly dry weather will prevail over Sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim, Jharkhand, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Uttaranchal, Haryana, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Vidarbha, Gujarat, north Konkan, north madhya Maharashtra and Marathwada.

Rain or snow are likely to occur at isolated places in Jammu and Kashmir.

Heavy rains have occurred at a few places in Tamil Nadu.

Very light rain has occurred at isolated places in Bihar, Vidarbha, Konkan and Goa and Rayalaseema.

Rain or thundershowers have occurred at many places in Telangana and at a few places in south interior Karnataka, Kerala, Lakshadweep and at isolated places in east Madhya Pradesh, Chattisgarh, coastal Andhra Pradesh, coastal Karnataka, Andaman and Nicobar Islands.

Mainly dry weather prevailed over Arunachal Pradesh, Assam and Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, West Bengal and Sikkim, Orissa, Jharkhand, west Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, madhya Maharashtra, Marathwada and north interior Karnataka.

Night temperatures were appreciably to markedly above normal in Assam and Meghalaya, north Orissa, Jharkhand, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab, north and east Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat state, madhya Maharashtra, Marathwada, Vidarbha, Chattisgarh, Telangana and in some parts of Konkan and Goa and above normal in West Bengal and Sikkim, south Orissa, Himachal Pradesh and in remaining of Konkan and Goa. They were normal over the rest of the country.
