Napalese Deputy Prime Minister visiting India
Kathmandu, Nov 5 (UNI) Napalese Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister K P Sharma Oli today left for New Delhi for a week-long visit to India at the invitation of Indian government.
''This is a goodwill visit and we will focus on getting India's moral support for the ongoing peace process and socio-economic transformation of Nepal,'' Mr Oli told mediapersons at the Kathmandu Airport before leaving.
He is scheduled to meet Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and External Affairs Minister Pranab Mukherjee, senior officials and politicians during his visit to India.
Mr Oli will also visit Kolkata and Trivendrum in Kerala. He will also hold discussions with West Bengal Chief Minister Buddhadeb Bhattacharyee.
The eight member Nepalese delegation includes two MPs and senior officials.
