IGNOU to form alumni association

New Delhi, Nov 5 (UNI) Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has decided to form an Alumi Association to bring its ex-students under one umbrella, said University Vice Chancellor V N Rajasekharan Pillai here today.

The association would create a forum for the ex-students to meet, discuss and deliberate upon various activities, share relevant experinces towards dissemination of higher education in the country, he said.

The university also invited feedback and suggestions from the former students for qualitative improvement of the education system.

Prof Pillai requested the former students of the IGNOU to get in touch with the Rigional Centres for registration.
