Chandigarh school showers goals on Maharashtra side

New Delhi, Nov 5 (UNI) Ranjodh Singh alone fired in half-a-dozen as Government Model High School, Chandigarh routed Panhala Public School, Kolhapur 13-0 in the 35th Nehru Cup junior hockey tournament being played at Shivaji Stadium here today.

In other matches, NCC Andhra Pradesh defeated Khalsa High School, Kolkata 4-1 while Sports College Lucknow thrashed Govt Boys High School, Chhattisgarh 7-0.

The last tie of the day saw Dhudial Khalsa Sr Sec School, Patiala defeat Sunderlal Inter College, Rampur 4-1.
