BVS to hold state-level meet in Mumbai next month

Thane, Nov 5 (UNI) Bharatiya Vidyarthi Sena (BVS), the students wing of the Shiv Sena, will be hosting a state-level meet in Mumbai next month to review various programmes of the organisation.

This was announced by BVS president Abhijit Phanse.

Meanwhile, in order to strengthen the BVS in Thane, a motorcycle rally was held here in which hundreds of motorcyclists, displaying saffron flags, rode through the city.

Mr Phanse said the BVS aims at enrolling five lakh members during the current drive to build up the organisation. He said organisational elections will be completed soon.
