Bihar massacre accused nabbed by Delhi Police
New Delhi, Nov 5 (UNI) The Delhi Police has nabbed a person who allegedly killed nine people, including five children, in a massacre in village Manipur of Sheikhpura district of Bihar on May 20 this year.
The police arrested Dhananjaya Kumar alias Hawa Pehalwan, 33, from the Ansal Plaza area of South Delhi.
After receiving inputs from Bihar Police, the local police was on lookout for him, said Deputy Commissioner of Police(DCP) Anil Shukla.
Dhananjay, a graduate and son of a school teacher, was staying in the capital with his paramour.
The arrest of his accomplices Ashok Mehto and Akhilesh Singh led to the tip-off that he was hiding in Delhi.
He allegedly killed the innocent people in a gang war in the village.
