Two killed in accident

Kancheeppuram, Tamil Nadu, Nov 3 (UNI) Two persons were killed on the spot, when the moped on which they were travelling collided with a lorry here today.

Police said the deceased Purushothaman(24) and Thyagarajan(26), both belonging to Naduvirrapatnam village, were going to Madurantakkam from Melmaruvathur, when the mishap occurred.

The bodies were shifted to Government Hospital for post-mortem, police added.
