Rain at many places

Thiruvananthapuram, Nov 2 (UNI) Rain or thunder showers occurred at many places in Kerala and at a few places in Lakhshadweep.

Nilampur and Punalur recorded the highest rainfall of 8 cm each, the local weather office said today.

The other chief amount of rainfall recorded in cms were Palakkad, Mannarkkad and Perumbavoor four each, Agathi three, CIAL, Kochi, Konni and Ottappalam two each.

A number of stations recorded the lowest minimum temperature of 22 Deg Celsius.

Rain or thunders showers will occur at many places in Kerala and at a few places in Lakhshadweep, during the next 48 hours, it added.
