Meet on managing corporate growth

Chennai, Nov 2 (UNI) ''Crescita 2006,'' a National Conference on Managing Corporate Growth, would be held here on November four and five.

Organised by the Tiruchirapalli-based Bharathidasan Institute of Management (BIM), the two-day conference would provide a forum for the budding managers to deliberate on the issues of organisational concern relevant for growth to enable the student community to face the challenges of growth.

BIM Director M Sankaran told reporters here yesterday the theme for the conference was ''Abhivriddi--Managing Corporate Growth.'' Mr N Kumar, Vice-Chairman Sanmar Group, would inaugurate the coneference while Union Minister for IT and Communications Dayanidhi Maran would deliver the special address on the second day.

A corporate business quiz, ''BIM Quest,'' would be organised on November four to mark the occasion.
