Sunil Hitech secures Rs 123.4 cr orders

New Delhi, Nov 1: Sunil Hitech Engineers Ltd today announced that it has bagged projects worth Rs 123.4 crore, including a 17.7 crore structural steel order for Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Ltd (RINL), Vizag, by which it has forayed into infrastructural development for steel plants.

The company has also received three other projects from Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd (BHEL) including structural steel works for 250 MW expansion of Neyveli Lignite Thermal Project and 2x125 MW for Surat Lignite project; erection, testing, commissioning of CFBC Boiler and 2x125 MW Boilers at Rajasthan, amounting to a total of Rs 46.6 crore.

Two other orders are from the distribution sector for setting up 132/11KV and 33/11 KV substations in the states of Haryana and Maharashtra respectively, amounting to Rs 44 crore.

The company has also secured a Rs 16.1 crore project from JSW Energy at Bellary, Karnataka for structural steel work of its 2x300 MW power plant.

The execution period for the contracts is about two years.

With new orders worth Rs 188 crore since August 2006, the company is very bullish and plans to execute the contracts well within time, a company statement said.
